In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to innovate to support learning in these difficult times. In the past few months, we provided educational resources to teachers around the globe through our webinar series on entrepreneurship education.
Now, to continue working towards our mission this year - to empower young people with the skills they need to succeed in school, work, and life - we are launching the Enterprise Adventure app! It is a great way for young people to learn about business and help their community outside of school.
The Enterprise Adventure is made up of 10 missions that help young people aged 13-18 to identify the problems their community is facing and guide them to set up a business that solves those problems. It is a great tool for anyone who is passionate about making a difference in the world by taking action locally, as it takes young people through the steps needed to effectively plan a social enterprise: from understanding people’s needs to creating prototypes of their product or service, and much more!
This app is a wonderful opportunity to allow young people to learn entrepreneurial skills in spite of school closures and restrictions. They can sign up and take part on their own, with their family or with friends. After completing the 10 missions, they will receive a CERTIFICATE and will be eligible to win PRIZES!
Taking part is free and easy: all they have to do is go to the Enterprise Adventure app and sign up with their email or Google account. Once signed up, they will be able to set up their profile and start completing the missions.
